Note: All food are vacuum packed. Advised to put food in freezer upon delivery.


1. Take food out from freeze.

2. Boil a pot of water till boiling point.

3. Placed vacuum packed food without opening into boiling pot for 20 minutes.

4. Once it have been boiled, removed it from the boiling water and cut open the vacuum package.

5. Remove the food from vacuum food onto a plate.

6. Your food is ready to be eaten and served.
